Hi, I’m Stewart, and thank you for taking the time to look at my profile.

I believe we all go through things in life that shape us and affect us in different ways. Some of those things are very positive for us and some are not so much. We can often feel ‘stuck’ in a particular place or a pattern of behaviour or thinking perhaps. We know it doesn’t feel right, but we seem unable to do anything about it. This is where therapy can help. Where we can sit and talk and work out ways of making you unstuck and get you moving again.

I’m a qualified Psychotherapeutic Counsellor and coach. I also have many years experience of working in Learning and Development, training and developing Managers and Leaders. I’ll use a variety of approaches during our sessions depending on what works for you, and together we can work out what is going on for you.

I have a particular interest in men’s mental health, as we never talk about our feelings, do we fella’s?
