I work with adults and specialise in depression, anxiety, grief and gender identity.
Deciding to see a therapist takes bravery. A good match between you and your therapist is key. I offer a free 30 minute call over the phone or on Google meet, that way you can check me out for yourself. There is no obligation to be my client if you don’t feel that connection between us. It has to be right for you.
My aim is to offer a reliable and safe space for you to be heard and understood. In therapy we will explore how things are, how you would like them to be and what might be getting in the way of achieving that.
I am a qualified Psychotherapeutic Counsellor and I am trained in Transactional Analysis . I’m a real human being and through our therapeutic relationship I offer new ways of understanding yourself and your relationships .
Inclusivity and diversity is at the heart of who I am and how I practise. I am a cisgender, neurotypical woman that is LGBTQIA+ friendly and I passionately support trans rights.
Sessions can be in person, online or outdoors. I am a big believer in the power of nature and offer walk and talk therapy in areas of Hull and Beverley.
Prior to becoming a therapist I worked in the charity and public sector in homelessness, mental health and disability employment.
