Having the courage to open up and talk about yourself and your difficulties can be challenging but seeking support through therapy can help you to learn more about yourself and how you interact with the world, enabling you to gain more understanding of your experience. Having had personal therapy myself, I understand both the challenge and the reward of this.

I am an experienced, accredited therapist and supervisor offering a confidential, safe space where I will work with you to discover more about yourself and the areas in your life you are finding difficulty with, challenging old, unhelpful patterns and beliefs, and learning new ways to live your life in a more fulfilling way.

I work relationally, using an integrative approach, in which I aim to validate and empower clients. I enjoy working creatively and within professional and ethical boundaries. I always aim to work with respect, compassion and integrity and incorporate warmth and humour within my practice. I believe in equality and enjoy working with diversity, always open to expanding my own understanding and beliefs.

I am a member of UKCP, am fully insured and have a current enhanced DBS certificate and offer counselling and supervision.
