What I do at S2BH – I work relationally bringing together my knowledge within many disciplines such as: transactional analysis, EMDR (eyes movement desensitisation reprocessing) attachment theory, polyvagal theory, trauma-informed therapy and many more. I’m working with clients experiencing issues such as Complex PTSD, childhood trauma, domestic violence/abuse, loss, and death are areas in which I have the most experience and more.
What I love about my job – I am highly passionate about working with my clients and I believe that the key to successful psychotherapy, positive change and healing lies in the relationship between the client and the therapist.
S2BH provides the ideal settings for this to happen – a safe space and a lovely, warm atmosphere for both our clients snd the staff members
Not many people know that I…. have 2 rescued dogs and 2 cats, love drawing and would like to write and illustrate a book one day
