I offer a warm, safe, non-judgemental, supportive space for you to explore issues that are impacting your daily life. Together we can establish goals that are achievable and work at your pace to build a trusting therapeutic relationship with you at the centre of everything we do. I will bring my knowledge, skills and creativity to our sessions.

During a therapy session you will be listened to and heard, your experiences will be validated and you will be seen as the unique person that you are.
