Mental health care should be of top priority to everyone whether on a personal level or in the workplace.

World Wellbeing Week takes place every June and provides participants with the opportunity to celebrate various aspects of wellbeing from meaningful and purposeful work, physical and mental health care, social resilience and community relations.

If there is one positive outcome of the Covid-19 pandemic, it’s that a capacity for change has been revealed with people and businesses adapting their approach to wellbeing and prioritising mental health care like never before.
