What I do at S2BH – I am responsible for the overall clinical leadership and governance across the organisation. This includes workforce development and providing strategic direction to ensure our clinical governance is upheld as the company grows. I am responsible for the mobilisation of new contracts which includes recruitment, developing models of intervention and care pathways. Day to day I offer clinical leadership, management and support to our team of clinicians including risk management and oversight.
What I love about my job – Working with like-minded people who uphold the ethos and values of the organisation to create and maintain quality and accessible counselling and psychotherapy services.
Not many people know that I……. I am a dance mum, I spend many weekends touring the country going to dancing competitions with my daughter. I also have twin boys so when not at work I am pretty much a taxi service!
